Dunn.Signatures/ Inscriptions: Signed in pencil, at the bottom right hand side of the design: ‘Terence Clarke.’ Top left hand side, in blue biro: ‘South light’; Bottom centre, in pencil: ‘Extreme Unction,’ ‘The soul of the Christian, the lamb, rests in peace in the shadow of the Cross, Peace is symbolised by the dove bearing an olive branch;’ bottom right hand side: ‘Clarke Studios, Dublin.’ Printed title adhered to bottom of design 'Gift of Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Dunn.’Materials: Pencil, pen and ink, gouache and watercolour on thin light weight card cut and adhered overall to mount board with off-white facing paper.Measurements: Design: 27.3 x 9.5 cm; mount board: 39.6 x 18 cm.
