Situee sur le Zuyder-Zee: a 52. degrez 25. minutes de Latitude, et 26. degr. 20. min. de Longit; a 5. Lieues au Sud est de la fameuse ville d'Amsterdam." Possibly by Nicolas de Fer (1646-1720), a French cartographer and geographer at Louis XIV's court. Printer/publisher not identified.
