Abstract
  • OLS X-1-80, a 'History of the University of Dublin'. Only 3 of the intended 12 parts/30 plates were issued (see J.R. Abbey who gives title and subscription details from the wrappers). This copy is imperfect; it lacks pages 49-72 and 3 of its original 9 plates (i.e. Part 3 after the original 3 parts published). The text is included, unchanged but with different plates, in Taylor's History, London, 1845, 8vo. (see the physical copy at shelfmark Gall.BB.13.1). Paper for the text is wove, and watermarked 1817. With original light brown engraved wrappers bound in. Plates found in this copy, and in this order, are as follows: Plate [1]: Front of Trinity College, Dublin. Drawn and etched by W.B. Taylor.
