  • IE TCD MS 4038 is a commonplace book of anecdotes, together with a list of books, by William Louis Beaufort, son of Daniel Augustus Beaufort. The list of books recorded here might be a list of William’s own works. Pastedowns composed of two engravings of American views: 'American falls of Lewis fork', 'Pass in the Sierra Nevada, California'. List of contents in volume (f. 64-64v).Extent: 64 folios.
