Abstract
  • One of a series of photographs of 96 members of the Medical School, Trinity College Dublin who died in, or as a result of involvement in, the Great War. Photograph number 8: Arthur Cyril Bateman, M.B., M.C. Captain R.A.M.C. Wounded and missing (killed) 28th March 1918, France. Memorialised by marble plaque on the wall of the entrance hall to the 1937 Reading Room, Trinity College Dublin. This photograph was conserved and digitised to mark the centenary of the beginning of World War I.
